How to play Almanac

  1. The Almanac. Guess the country from interesting facts.
  2. Six And Six. Six facts. Six guesses. Each miss unlocks a fact.
  3. A Country A Day. One a day. Archive holds the last month.

How it fits your day

One Almanac puzzle a day, the same for every player. Almanac is one of a ton of games in Crux, with a new set of daily puzzles every day, no ads and nothing you have to buy to play. Your streak grows each day you play, and you can compare results with friends (friends are off under 13). Crux has a No Wifi section with practice rounds you can play offline; the daily games download each day's puzzle when you are online.

Also in Crux

The same app has Atlas Streak (find countries on the map), Flag Streak (name the flags), Capital Match (match countries and capitals), Trade Routes (guess a country from its exports), Postcards (name the country of a famous place), Passport (name five countries in sixty seconds).

Who it suits

If you like Countryle, Worldle or Globle, Almanac will feel familiar. It suits people who like maps, flags and learning about countries.
